The penis cake top is made of gum paste, with veins and crinkle to make it look real, hand painted and with icing on the tip to make it look like semen. It was a real surprise for her, with only 5 friends around in a restaurant.
The cake was presented to her with sparklers and grand entrance. It turned out to be real hit, all the other guests at the restaurant cheered and applauded the bride to be, encouraging her to lick it- She did a mouthful of it instead, to everyone's delight.
